This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sprio Spritz online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.
- Metro areas: approximately 3–5 business days
- Rural and regional areas: may require additional time depending on location
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Flat rate shipping: $14.95 Australia-wide
- Free shipping: for all orders over $80
Shipping costs are applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may be included depending on the courier used.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sprio Spritz Beverages Australasia Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and we will assist as quickly as possible.
