Returns and Refund Policy

Sprio Spritz Beverages Australasia Pty Ltd is committed to providing a great tasting experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.
30-Day Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns must be approved prior to sending items back.
Taste Guarantee – Up to 15% Trial
To allow customers to try our beverages risk-free, you may consume up to 15% of your order and still qualify for a return.
Examples:
- 24-pack: you may consume up to 3 bottles
- 20-pack: you may consume up to 3 bottles
- 12-pack: you may consume up to 1 bottle
To remain eligible for a refund, at least 85% of the order must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Returned items that are lost or damaged in transit are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the items to ensure:
- No more than 15% of the order has been consumed
- Items are unopened, undamaged and in original packaging
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for bank or card processing times after the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos if possible. In these situations, we will replace or refund the product as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted under the 30-day return window, provided the product meets the 85% unopened condition and the customer covers return shipping.
Items Not Eligible
Returns may be rejected if:
- More than 15% has been consumed
- Items are damaged or missing
- Packaging is not returned with the product
- Return is requested after 30 days
